At Satyug Darshan Vidyalaya, physical education is an essential part of holistic learning. The school boasts a state-of-the-art Sports Complex spread over 10 acres within the Vasundhara campus. This expansive facility includes an international-standard roller skating rink, lawn tennis, badminton, basketball, volleyball, handball, and football courts, along with a modern 400-metre athletic track, and dedicated cricket and football grounds that host regular inter-house and inter-school matches. Students also have access to a fully equipped gymnasium, as well as recreational sports such as table tennis, carrom, scrabble, and swings, which encourage agility, coordination, and focus. Recognised as one of the finest and most advanced sports complexes in Haryana, the facility is poised to host State and National level tournaments, offering SDV athletes opportunities for real-world exposure and professional-level competition.
The objective behind creating such extensive facilities is to help students remain physically fit, mentally alert, and emotionally balanced, while familiarising them with a wide spectrum of sports. Every student is encouraged to participate actively and to excel in at least one or two games of their choice under the mentorship of qualified coaches.
